Fiona Farrell is a marketing strategist and Founder & CEO of Pulse Brands with more than 15 years of experience working with executive teams through periods of change and growth. Her work spans grocery retail, food and beverage, hospitality, infrastructure, and the nonprofit sector.
She has led initiatives such as the rebrand of Edmonton International Airport and the Where Goodness Is Golden campaign for Federated Co-op, and is trusted by organizations seeking clarity, alignment, and momentum at critical moments.
Fiona brings more than a decade of specialized experience in food, restaurants, CPG, and grocery retail across Western Canada. As an embedded partner to CEOs and leadership teams, she helps organizations align strategy and execution, build durable marketing systems, and move work forward with focus.
She has led work for organizations including Federated Co-op, Loblaws, Sunterra Group of Companies, Explore Edmonton, FamilySmart, the Ontario Psychological Association, Ronald McDonald House Charities Alberta, Victim Services Toronto, and the Stollery Children’s Hospital Foundation, and has been recognized as one of Alberta’s Top 40 Under 40.
