Fiona Farrell is a Marketing Strategist and Chief Creative Officer with over 15 years of experience in executive advertising and senior marketing roles. Her leadership has driven transformative campaigns across sectors, from grocery retail to airports. She has led high-impact projects like the rebrand of Edmonton International Airport and, more recently, the Where Goodness is Golden campaign for Federated Co-op in Edmonton, earning a national reputation as a trusted partner for organizations navigating change.

Fiona brings over 10 years of specialized experience in the food and restaurant industries in Western Canada, with focus on CPG and grocery retail marketing. Her passion for this space is reflected in the long-standing relationships she’s built with emerging food entrepreneurs, restaurant owners, producers, and national retailers. She understands the unique pressures of launching and growing a food brand and thrives in helping organizations bring their products and stories to market.

Working directly with CEOs and leadership teams to develop marketing strategies aligned with business goals, Fiona then helps bring them to life. Whether leading campaigns or building internal marketing systems from the ground up, she and her team integrate seamlessly into client organizations to provide the support they need to grow. 

 

She has led work for industry leaders such as Federated Co-op, Loblaws, and Sunterra Group of Companies, as well as respected organizations like Tajin Mexican Seasoning, Casa Bonita, Explore Edmonton, FamilySmart, Ontario Psychological Association, Ronald McDonald House Charities Alberta, Victim Services Toronto, and the Stollery Children’s Hospital Foundation.​
